Where should I level my 35 aran?

Im wondering if anyone could tell me a good spot for exp at level 35. Should I do the kerning square quests?

You could always CPQ.

CPQ is the best way to level for an Aran. You could do the Kerning Square quests but I recommend you do it at a higher level since it will be a lot easier.

CPQ is 30-51. CPQ2 is 51-70. Kerning City Square Quests are 35-50.
