Broken Glasses. Yes or No

I just wanted to ask something about broken glasses. I don't get why they are so coveted and everyone want to gets them, i mean they only add +1 do your stats and you probably don't use the three other stats. and honestly I don't think they even look good, there broken for crying out loud! Any answers would be appreciated.

People get them because they look good and worth 100 mil clean because you can only get them in a specific level frame (35-50) and getting them is very timesink. I worked for about 20 hours to get these glasses.

and also, they're the only real eye accessory for now, so since nothing else goes there, the extra +1 to everything isn't hurting anything by taking away a slot that can have something else

God so many blaze wizards in LPQ don't know what to do and don't understand English... Took me like 1.5 weeks to get the glasses My end result was 35/97...

The parties I were in failed about 10 pqs because of people going AFK, dying, jumping down in the pit of 1 hit KO golems, running out of time on Stage 8 etc.

Well, Broken Glasses actually replaces what some people cannot afford. To me, even if it is an Eye Accessory, it replaces Mask items to me :x since they're beyond my budget (even if I purchase nx hehe). Think about this: Say you have a Zhelm with 15/16/15/15 stats. Add 1/1/1/1 +20 Hp and +20 Mp. It becomes 16/17/16/16 +20 Hp and +20 Mp. Add that to your other equips and that 1 stat will make a difference. The prices between the original zhelm + the broken glasses would be equivalent to a 16/17/16/16 zhelm, which is cheaper and easier to obtain than purchasing or obtained through a zrun. Or, after you upgrade your attack to the highest potential (that you can afford), the stats all add up to your damage (hope I said that right). Also, Broken Glasses may be chaos'd. Giving it the potential to provide even greater stats than the original 1/1/1/1 20 hp/mp boost. The original stats are like the foundation for the upgrade. Lastly, all stats are used. STR can be used to add more dmg to melee, and/or provide you with 1 stat more to wear an equip (the same goes for the other stats). DEX is mainly used for dmg (majority of all classes) and is most expensive atm. INT can give you more mp on a level up and give you some magic def (1 dmg less woo! ...). LUK adds more dmg for thief classes, and adds avoidability. (Note: At loss for words, but I hope you get me XD )

a yes on the broken glasses, as the artifact hunt event is over. other face acc items are rather expensive, while the broken glasses are just time consuming. =3
