Help on damage!

Im level 59 and i hit 2.6k on lvl 50, 60 monsters. I see lots of people lower than me hit 2.5k and those the same level hit 3.6 k or more. I have 69 dex and 248 str (including stats from equips) My golden mole has 80 att, 4 str and 6 dex. Should i be hitting more or do i put too much on dex or are my equips are really bad?

well..your dex would be fine if your not really funded and try to have another character to give you blessing of fairy to make you stronger

don't worry about your damage. just keep leveling. damage will only become a capital issue when you hit +150(when all your important 4th job skills are maxed out). as long as you're training at a decent speed then let it be. but if you honestly want an answer to your question: your higher dex puts you at a disadvantage damage-wise in your earlier levels. when your final equips come rolling around, it should be equalized regardless of your base dex. besides that, there are tons of other factors: they could have an amazing work glove, they could have a higher level main that's giving them over 13 extra attack for free, their weapon COULD BE better. etc.

Uhh... personally, I think that it's a combination of your DEX and equips, but mainly DEX. I did your damage at level 43 on my Paladin (with a Warrior Elixir), when I only had a 84 attack Doomsinger, and a 5 attack glove.

i hit 3-4k on average in lvl 55 monsters (zombies). 8 atk glove, lvl 5 blessing, and a 86 att 7 str 4 dex guan yu pole arm.

[/quote] no you should get a wg with attack and all your equipment should be bought with strength when possible and not dex, such as overalls, capes etc, you dont need the dex

Actually your attack is fine. My attack is around 4-5k at level 55 but I'm pretty funded and dexless. You're doing good for not being well funded and having the dex that you have.
