Does bait scrolling actually work?

yeah so my 2nd 30% earring int failed and i want atleast a 8 int 14m att one so does bait scrolling acrually work? Edit: LOL just scrolled a 9int 16 m att earring with a combo of bait scrolling and screaming epic fail lol woot.

Nah, just a myth. When a scroll appears, whether from a quest or monster, I've heard that it's already a predetermined scroll. Even if it says 60%, when it first spawns, it has a code on it that says success or fail. that's what i heard. Correct me if i'm wrong

I believe it works. 70% tend to blow up my items when I am near finishing. I had 5att 3slot wg, used a 70% bw att on a mace and it blew up, then used the 70% on my glove and it worked. Then I forgot to bait scroll, and my 7att 2slot wg blew up.

I think that they are both BS. If the above was true, some hacker would buy hundreds of 10%, and pick out the once that will work, and resell the rest,,, It would be impossible to find a working scroll. Bait scrolling is a myth.

The success or failure of the scroll is determined when you scroll it.

so maybe, it depends on what time you use the scroll. like even seconds are success, and odd seconds are fails.

Bait scrolling does not work. each scroll is a completely indepndant event from the others, meanign that the success/fail of one has no bearing on the success/fail of the others. First year stats ftw?

The only reason i ask this question is because 30% earring int takes FOREVER to find in galicia. The money is not a problem. I just want a time efficant way to get my 2 30%'s to work
