I got permant banned for typing my pw wrong 5 times (which i didn't do). This started on Saturday, when Nexon told me they are processing my info after i changed my other account's PIN to PIC. NO I did not buy any Chaos Scrolls. Yes, I've sent a ticket. I'm wondering did anybody else recieve this? and can any1 help me? Also I'm wondering if they do see this mistake, will my ranking be restored?

You got perma banned for this? Because i've done that once before after i came back from quitting but i got banned for a day. Yes if they do fix it, you'll be back on the rankings within a day or so.

Hey, if you ONLY got banned for typing it wrong 5 times, then you should be able to play by now.. I did that too, and i played again the very next day.

I did the exact same thing. I just restarted my PC and it let me play again.

Ummm guys... It says right there. PERMANT BAN, and btw I'm outta the rankings and I didn't even type pw 5 times (only once)!
