Why would anyone pay money to get an NX mustache

First of all.... to those of you who do waste money on a digital stache, do you even have one in real life? Anyone with a stache or beard or any facial nx makes me auto-think they are like 30+ in real life.

I have gotten the mustache on my mage once, it just fit my character and looked funny. Who cares if they dont have a mustache in real life? Does that really matter at all? I dont see "You may only purchase this item if you have a mustache in real life" disclaimer on the item.
