So, I was at school today and this guy I know from work constantly picks on me AT WORK. I dont usually see him at my college, but I have been the past week or so. He apparently started to meet up with his friends outside my class every day and so now he feels the need to bug me at work and at school. He does things like punching my arm as hard as he can as I pass him by, pulls my backpack off my shoulder, kicked my laptop, and says I need to fight back. o.o I dont really like conflict. Any advice?

Kinda what the guy above me said. I will say this though. Dont take crap man. You may think he will get bored and just stop, but he wont. The only way hes gona stop is if you make him stop. One good punch to the nose should do it.
