i got banned, and this is the ticket i submited the truth is, i am tired of maplestory already, im not sure if i wll get on even i can get my account back. I just feel ironic, sad and LMFAO ( it is an adjective here ),and i also feel like typing a big paragraph for fun. and this is the ticket: "i know i bought some Chaos scrolls during the incident yesterday, but one thing you need to understand is that it is your responsibility to make sure the game is running in a normal way as one of the merchants that have lost a big amount of mesos, i am the victim of this incident, instead of banning those hackers and dupers, your staffs banned my acount. I can understand this is the easiest way for you to get the game back to normal, but to those who do love maplestory you are only making them more upset. our players do not have any methods to iidentify the hacked items from the normal items, therefore we are only buying the items from the legal way. It is your responsibility to make sure that the hacked items do not effect the operation of the game. But one thing you need to know is, if there is no one trusting your staffs, this will be no longer an online game. our players are not the dolls for you to do whatever you want, we spend time, money, and our passion in this game. we have rights, we have the right to be protected, and we are not responsible for this incident that happened. some one need to pay for the loss of both our players and the company, but you cannot just ban random people and think that you can just get away with the fact that it is your fault to allow this to happen and do nothing with it. by the time you start the server maintenance, the prize of chaos scrolls have dropped from 100m to 5m and lower. if you can find out the problem earlier, the situation wont be that serious. not to mention the fact that you are doing all those maintenance and updates from time to time, but only thing you care about is to update the cashshop items and all the bugs and glitches can last for from weeks to months. and this incident is only proving your carelessness about players' feeling. if you are a fully responsible company, i expect you can deal with this kind of situation in a more mature and responsible way. please do punish the ones who is doing illegal activeties. But don't just ban all the people who have some chaos scrolls in their inventory. We are only the victims, and I believe I didn't go against any contents of the agreement since it is not possible for our players to know who is actully hacking and which one is illegal items. This cannot be explained by ��Nexon has the final power of interpretation��, we are not the ones to blame, so please don't try to find any excuse like this and try to fool around. Everyone is tired now, if you keep this kind of irresponsible behavior, I wont going back to maplestory any more, or any of your games. Well, I read it completely and I think you are RIGHT . Nexon should get the **** out (apparently, the shorter version of this is not allowed here) with their fast solutions of game problems and first make a plan or think about the situation before doing something. They do something first, then they think about the consequences. At that time, their employees will think: "crap, why didnt we do that earlier, before the patch or SC". Well, you are a bit LATE Nexon /end rant Flameshield activated, in case of.....

Capitalism 101. Also, how do you honestly know the Chaos Scrolls where not "hacked?" unless you used the hack yourself, you dont know. On top of that most people probably did not know about the hack at all...

If u buy the chaos through mts u can get banned. But if u bought it in fm u should be fine. But u gotta use it right away
