Permanently banned for typing in a password or pic wrong?

So I tried logging on my mule account today, after the server check and it says it was banned for typing in a password or a pic 5 times. Noone has the info to it. its just a mule. Is that some kind of a glitch?

Does it say you are banned for a long time, or just 10 minutes?

If you havent purchased/sold chaos scrolls in the mts, it's possible that you can bypass that by logging in through the website. http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1433858/2/26441122Solution_for__quotID_either_deleted_or_blocked_from_connectionquot.html#26441122 I know it says for ids deleted/blocked, but it worked for my friend on her I/L mage :3

Im going to be p/o'ed if I get banned cause I sold chaos scroll in mts right before event began... Thing is I found while messing around cause a zombie mushroom dropped.
