Best way to reach nexon for payment issue ban

What is the best/fastest way to reach them for the payment issue banning glitch. So far I've sent 3 e-mails to billingpp@nexon.net and its been 2 weeks. NO REPLY AT ALL Sigh I bet I'm the only one they haven't unbanned yet =( How can I send ticket if my account is banned o.O

sorry, i'm going to interrupt your thread to also ask a question. did anyone get un-ip banned? i'm still ip banned and can't change my ip since im signed up with rogers so even if i reconnect my modem i'll end up with the same ip.
