Which one is cheaper?

Trying to save up as much money as possible, so which one is cheaper: Axe Fighter or Blunt Weapon Page (that's maces right?) Also, will going low/dexless affect which one is cheaper?

Sword Page, WK, Paladin, because an average sword (lionheart, Japanese Map, Night Raven's Wing, Stonetooth, Red Katana) = super godly mace (probably impossible to have a mace to compare to lionheart and Japanese Map). Lionheart is only 7 maple cpq coins, Japanese map costs like 2-4m depending on a attack (I spend 4m for a 73 attack, 100%'ed it for 80 attack, which compares to a 110+ attk Maple Dragon Axe/120 attk+ Doomsinger). Sword is cheaper and has better potential. Maces/Axes have lolstabdmg and are only good if you like the role. The reason why I mentioned Page/WK/Pally is because of their defensive skills such as Ice Charge and Advance Charge Blow, which saves tons of pots when you train.

3 for BW Page...1 for Sword Page o_O I dunno I dun really wanna go sword cause it's so common....though I DO have a whole bunch of 1H/2H sword scrolls lying around......

I can say that BW Page is extremely easy to do, I started out with nothing but 1m mesos and had 30 DEX up to my current level. Still got 30 DEX, and was able to make it cause of the equips from PQ's and a 14 DEX Blue Crusader Chainmail. Particularly any PQ that gives an item that had DEX, was something I did. Made it to level 80, then I got my ZHelm. I'd bet that Axe Fighter would be cheaper cause the scrolls seem to be cheaper. And you don't have people attempting to inflate their price cause of the balance patch. F3

mm another question. which ones are more useful in a party situation? which ones lvl faster?

Axe Fighter - I mean who wouldn't want an attack boost (rage, combo, advanced combo)? Blunt Weapon Page - Power of the elements at your call~! Heaven's Hammer at 120 dealing massive damage~! Personally I'd choose Axe Fighter. I like the little attack boost, plus on top of that, pages dont have any "cool" looking skills 'til 120. Scrolls are relatively the same

It depends how often you play.. but I can tell you for sure that Paladins are able to level faster than heroes, due to the fact that they max ACB by level 123, while Heroes have a few levels to go for 3 monster brandish, and ACB hits 6 monsters at once + uninterruptable stun. I've trained and solo'ed Skelegons/osaurus since lvl 110 until now, and still going (until Oblivion Monsters finally become weak to thunder and ice with the balance patch...). @ above, instead of Rage, Pages use warrior elixirs, which also gives us 12 attack for 8 minutes costing at a cheap price of 5k each. And cool skills are subjective, I find freezing monsters and using up less pots than just about any other job more cool than having blue floating balls rotating around you. I have both a Hero and a Paladin, and guess who out leveled who =l

BW Paladin > Axe Hero because of Brandish's fixed 1 stab 1 slash. In terms of cost, I'd say that blunt weapons actually have a cost, since you don't really see many axe stuff around these days.

[/quote] That's not telling him who levels faster either o_O -It only took me 8 weeks to get this far, where as other players take years, or just as less as 1 week. -Average swords are easy to find, and Reverse swords costs the exact same as making a reverse mace, except both maces are slower than the sword counterparts, including the crushed skull. -Then there's the long reach problem maces have, power strike, slash blast, and advance charge blow have small reach with 1h and 2h maces causing you to bump into monsters alot often. I don't get bumped at all using 2h swords at skeles. -Maces are only good for roleplay and looks, nothing more.

Since adding threads is locked ill post this here. Do any warriors above lvl 70 still use a japenese map assume i get myself a 81-83 jap map which i believe would be fairly easy to scroll would it be a good idea to use it till i get a Night ravens wing? Or what if i get my hands on 84-90 one unrealistic for me but you never know how long could i use it i went to the weapons thread and it had this equation for 2 hands sword so i got my calculator and i Input 83* 1.21 +4 and i get 104.3 so does that mean i could use that jap map till i get a 105/106 attack sword to beat it?
