Reverse Evernew 10% Hamstring

I finally got my reverse evernew maxed! When I put my pointer over the item, it clearly says ITEM LEV: MAX, ITEM EXP: MAX, and I see +1 level on Hamstring and +1 level on Blind. However, I don't see a point for hamstring in my skill box. I do have the skill but I have not put any points in it yet. What seems to be the problem? Where is my lost point?

That's odd. Maybe you have to add at least 1 SP in it at first for it to have an effect.

You need 1sp in the skill to receive the "free sp" from your bow

Reverse evernew is an overall, not a weapon. It still does not matter? I need that 1 SP first?

Yeah its either you would need atleast 1 sp or i think the skill has to be Maxed already cause i have lvl 31 Hurricane lol and it was maxed when that happened but idk.

! Are you telling me that after i put 1 point into hamstring I will be able to see the extra 1 point from my maxed overall? That would be wonderful!
