It's been around 2 weeks for me, and I have yet to receive a notification of any sort. Has Nexon responded to everyone else yet?

My friend has been un-IP banned. He sent a ticket and they responded like 7 days after. Customer services is horrible but they do get alot of tickets so they can't answer it fast.

I got ip banned, then i got un-ip banned by turning off my Internet modem for 3mins.If 3mins dont work try 24hours.

i got ip banned the day of the patch and i got un-ipbanned just like a couple of days ago. i sent only 1 ticket.

I got un-IP banned by my own methods, not by their stupid form. As for the email change form, I have been waiting 18 days for that and still no reply, though it clearly states it should take between 2 and 7 days.

screw sending a ticket go download hotspot shield and it will give u a fake proxy ip so u can play maple
