| I forget the name of it, it begins with an R, it was an experiment done in the 70s and I am going to tell you about it. So basically it was testing the legitimacy of insane asylums, this University student went to one and told the doctors that he kept hearing a voice in his head saying "thud thud thud", otherwise he acted completely normally, and he was declared clinically insane. 6 other students complaining of similar problems, were all declared insane as well. (Oh and keep in mind they were faking hearing the noise) And the Psychologists there got mad when they found out they were fooled and said "bring as many fakers as you can and our staff will determine who is faking it and who is insane" so then 6 months later it was time for them to determine who was insane and who was faking, the asylum released 40 patients, then when the experimenters were asked how many fakers they sent, they replied "none" |
