Anyone know a quest to get some good throwing stars?

I've looked many places except the Temple of time because I can't seem to get past the HIGH level monsters. But besides that, theres no place I know o.O.

There are no quests for throwing stars. They must be bought, or you have to get lucky and find them from monsters.

You can get a set of stars from that Bird in one of the houses in Ludibrium if you do like a 60+ quest I think

Unfortunately, no quest directly gives stars as a reward, or a possible reward. The only way to hunt for them is to kill monsters like mushmom, zombie mushmom, red drakes, MP3 monsters (one of the two drops steelies), or leprechauns.

There is a level 60 quest in Ludibrium listed on Hidden-Street as giving Wooden Tops as a possible reward. Though they just seem to be a novelty item these days...

you would be better off doing all the GFA scroll quests and buying a set of steelies for each GFA u get/sell
