can i equip this shoe? (low-dex)

im lvl 80 and was going to buy some pirate shoes (5luk 4dex). can i equip it if my current dex is 125 from my 3 dex shoes and 5 dex mamba?

common since, 120 dex dex level 80 shoes you have 125, 125 - 8 117 you need 3 more dex EDIT yes you can, i forgot. you're using mamba haha

this issue was solved, but i had to get 2 AP resets -_- (i had 6 base int anyways) and that increased my dex alittle then my guild leader MW'ed me, lvl 10, and raised dex by 3, then i equipped pirate boots AND Mamba, and deactivated MW, and i still could equip it XD YAAAYYY. (but if i dequip ANY of my equps excluding cape, gloves, and others that doesn't give dex, i have to get another shot of MW)

Why would you buy 2 Ap resets, which are around $1.75 each (I think) for 5 luk and 4 dex shoes?
