Right before Wk, i would think so. They're so slow. someone explain this evan thing to me, because right now, i believe the class is a waste of nexon money!

evans are only useful for their onyx blessing skill and the ressurection skill they get. nothing else is useful in terms of damage wise other than the ultimate they get.

OT: After balance patch, since they are getting the biggest upgrades, White Knights/Paladins will probably be the most dominant Warrior class in terms of Skill damage. Paladins have some of the highest DPS's on bosses. o_o Evans can boss a lot better than A/M's, but I'm not sure how they rank up on dps. They also have a lot more useful party buffs than most other classes.

Evans aren't even weak. They do 70k+ damage at level 15x with the same speed of spear crusher. Spear crusher only does like 30-50k at that level.
