I kpqed 20 times and i still havent found the shoe.. Is it glitched atm?

I honestly got the shoes on my first kpq , with my mage. As Vivi said, they are a rare drop.

i had a similar problem... i trained from 20-27 then couldnt find shoes even tho i kpqed till 31 so i was just like screw this
