Either he's a mentally handicapped adult (in which case my next question would be where the hell is his carer) or he's a kid who has to learn that every action has a consequence. [/quote] Sad to say but that majority of jobs in the area I live in are care jobs that I'm in no way qualified for (usually requiring the Registered General Nurse certification) or minimum wage jobs that I'm far too clumsy for. I'd never make chambermaiding (I would never meet the "make 100 beds an hour" criteria because it takes me half an hour to make one double bed) or waitressing (I don't think they'd appreciate me dropping the plates, which has happened at home and I wasn't even doing the plates on arm thing that waiters do). As for fast food joints, the lighting in there gives me a migraine if I go in there with my cousins to eat I dread to think what would happen if I worked there for hours on end. Please don't presume that I can just find another IT job at the drop of a hat. P.S. Whatever job I go in, this sort of idiot is unavoidable (internally or externally) so again, changing jobs is kind of futile.

I am a customer service assistant, I know how people behave when they are unhappy about electricity shortages, high bills or just plain bored so they need to call the company and complain about stuff totally unrelated to our expertise.
