As my title says, can DWs do the quests for the Andras hat? I heard a recent patch fixed the quests, but I'm just making sure because I'm not trying to do all of these quests for nothing.

On the last step of the DW quest, the instructor keeps saying "Would you like to recieve training?" ): I guess they didnt' fix it.
