Sso are BUCCs getting nerfed or sped up in rebalance patch?

| So i have a brawler that i plan on getting to a Bucc (eventualy) but at first i heard that in the rebalance patch barrage and DS are just sped up, but now i'm hearing that they are getting nerfed D= i would like to know which one is true. thank you in advance. |
