Outlaw training spots?

| Im a lvl 75 outlaw (recently came back) and im pretty decently funded but im not sure where to train at could someone give me some training spots + tips all the way up to 120? Someone told me to go to Wr's but I've about had it with all the ksers T_T is there any alternatives? Also are glaze capsules really rare these days? >< I've been trying to look for them for weeks and still not even one D: |

| Well, i think wrs are the way to go, but if you look for an alternative, you could try jesters. There not better than wrs, but there less ksers there than wrs |
