Ip Banned Solved but New problem

k My Ip was banned and when I Fixed that My account was deactivated, but I forgot my email, like I know the email password but I forgot it I think I spammed something like sdfsdf@hotmail.com . I know dumb right -_-. Then Iunno why but I went to forgot password and forgot Id and I just like messing around . I sent forgot password then it said new password sent to my email. Then I try to log on but find out my password has changed. I swear it has to be password is changed when you open the email. Now I cant even log onto to the account to write a complain/Ticket to them. Is there anyway I can fix this =(

I had the same problem on one of my accounts, however I just couldn't figure out which e-mail I signed up with. I lost my account permanently. I logged a few tickets over the years trying to get it back to no avail. :[

Same thing happened to me with my Chief Bandit. That account is long gone. Unless you remember it randomly from the blue.

To find out your email just log onto the maplestory website, then go to charge NX, and click the 30k one. Then on the methods click the other one. Pay By Cash, and once the popup-website loads, your email is there.

I requested an email change (I used a random email thing) and explained the situation and about 1 week later, when I logged in the Deactivated account, I was just asked to change passwords instead of reactivation. You still have some hope.
