No way its 1B, 30 Dex isn't even 1B.... Helm Dex are 30M each and Helm INT is 10M. 30 INT helms U/h are around 600~700

a 31 Int didnt go for 500m in bera. she had to settle with 300m.

int helmets are much cheaper than dex helmets. Int helm scrolls are much more expensive than dex scrolls. With more classes that need dex, means more demand. Helmet int scrolls are also very easily dished out by gachapon. Int is only good for magicians and HP washing (which not many people do). With the demand of highly scrolled zhelm going down due to SoK's being realeased for a while, zhelm prices will keep dropping. As Evans come out this month, there will be a significant rise in price due to a outburst of high demand. Atm 30int u/h helm = around 500-700mish. After 2 days of evan release 30int = around 1bish+
