Paper written in Chicago Style

Dear Basilers, I'm writing a critical book report for my History class, but it has to be written in Chicago Style. I only know MLA... Would someone be so kind as to send me or upload a copy of a paper written in Chicago Style (preferably with footnotes) so that I can have the template? It would really help me a lot. And you don't have to worry about plagiarism because I doubt the paper you may possibly give me will have to do with a book written on rebellions in colonial North Carolina. Many thanks in advance!

Different disciplines tend to use different styles. I once had to use a style specific only to political science, it was really confusing.
