Alright so i need to speak with a doctor or something..because i have a question to ask. Im sick with a fever and i've been vomiting... At first it was normal but a few mins ago i vomited something yellow and very bitter can anyone tell me what that is or what would be the cause?

It's just the high fever thats inducing the vomitting and OBVIOUSLY vomit is bitter... Take some panadol/nurofen?

I'll try to help you. Fever + vomiting normally coincide with each other, so that's pretty normal, maybe just the stomach flu. Now for the yellow bitter stuff, what have you been eating today?

I tried to eat but i vomited up a cracker. earlier and then randomly that yellow stuff

So you've eaten nothing else? What about late last night? If not, you're most likely vomiting your interior fluids, etc... so you really need to see a doctor ASAP. Or it could just be high amounts of flem (boogers that come through your mouth)
