Elemental Wand differences

What is the difference between the elemental wands? I know that certain ones give out a increase in an element, but which ones? Which will be good for Evans? Is shine wand/wisdom staff the only one I can use effectively on my LUKless Priest?

E wands 1/5 give 25% bonus to fire and 10% to poison. E wands 2/6 give 25% bonus to poison and 10% to fire. E wands 3/7 give 25% bonus to ice and 10% to lightning. E wands 4/8 give 25% bonus to lightning and 10% to ice. If an i/l were to use wand 1/2/5/6 they would get a 25% damage reduction. Same goes for f/p trying to use the i/l wands. Priests get 25% damage reduction if they use any of the ele wands.

Elemental wands/staves 1 and 5 add 25% damage to fire and 10% to poison. Using other elements with it will result in 25% damage reduction. Elemental wands/staves 2 and 6 add 25% damage to poison and 10% to fire. Using other elements with it will result in 25% damage reduction. Elemental wands/staves 3 and 7 add 25% damage to ice and 10% to lightning. Using other elements with it will result in 25% damage reduction. Elemental wands/staves 4 and 8 add 25% damage to lightning and 10% to ice. Using other elements with it will result in 25% damage reduction. For a LUKless priest, the best weapons would be the level 64 maple weapons, unless you'll raise your LUK (normally or with equips). Evans are multi-elemental. They use skills from all of the elements. Therefore, using elemental wands might not be the best choice on them because of the reduction. However, some people use elemental wands 5 and 6 for their Evans since most of their higher level skills are fire-based.
