The perfect pitch event isnt active yet in europe. Only the NPC got added! You can get pitches if you level ones the event is active

I don't think you need to level 100 times, because you get extra points when reaching milestone levels.

you don't have to level 100 times, if you start at level one then you level IDK, but it's 2 points every 5 levels, and 3 once you get to level 60 Ie LVL- 30-2, 31-1, 32-1.....59-1, 60-3

Someone did the calculations. According to a certain thread, you'd have 100 pitches at around 84/85 if you start from level 10.
