hey, anyone know how to make this? im lvl 86 and i did all the quests except the guy with whip who gives u glove atk scrolls and i finished taggrin's quest. and im trying to make it but it wont let me talk to fiona. is it bcuz im CK? or do i need to get the blue chair first?

You have do to fallen woods, all of subani's legacy, Lost!, Reversal, Lost transmission or something like that. There might be more, they're very tedious and annoying.
