Hi everyone, you may know me as Gaiearcher/Piratekevin7/FlyingHonor/KevinTheAran. I have not played maplestory for the past 4 months. This morning, since it's spring break, I tried to access maplestory to find out a shocking surprise; MY ACCOUNT IS DELETED! I cannot log in, my chars are off ranks, and I've just lost everything. I had 400m+, 25k nx still remaining, and godly equips; what should I do. Should I go on a mule account and log a ticket? Please help. Thank you.

My friend has a similar problem. Well it might be totally different, because he can log into the website, but whenever he trys to play the game and select a channel, maple story closes. It only happens on one of his accounts though, and his characters are also off rankings.

i'm laughing at you right now. =) OT: even if you log a ticket, nexon can't REVIVE your character. Suck it up. What you SHOULD do is spend the next month building a new char, nexon is giving out free 2x (3 hrs per week), and a sexy hat if you reach lvl 85 (perfect pitch). let bygones be bygones. and well..if ur in broa, i can give you mcpq free wins, and more free 2x. Other than that, I'm not sure anyone can help you more...short of giving you mesos, in which case you'd be a huge noob beggar and I'd lose all respect I have for you. /end rant

I'm sorry. D: Nexon probably won't revive your account.... because they're not exactly the most caring people in the world. I would still log a ticket to find out why they deleted it though.

Infact I'm sure almost everyone has at least more than 1 account. And I don't see anything in the TOS stating you can't have more than 1 account.
