You need 200 Lime Powder Bottles (From Bone Fish) 200 Butter-Toasted Squid (From Rissel Squids - Purple ones) 200 Ink Bottle (From normal squids) 40mil Need to have done the previous Mount quest also. Can watch videos of how to do it on YouTube
