Compensation for February 26-27 Login Problem

Dear Maplers, On February 26th some of you tried to log in between 7:50 PM and 8:50 PM Pacific Time but found your accounts locked with a popup saying that you�re already logged in. You were then unable to play the game until the 27th when the login problem was fixed. We understand that you lost crucial gameplay time. To apologize, those of you who were affected by this issue were sent 10,000 Maple Points today. Please check your Maple Point balance by entering the Cash Shop. As I checked Cash shop but weren't one of the lucky ones, though I'm quite everyone if not almost everyone were unable to login.

Everyone I know that had the problem was compensated.

The hugest problem here, is that Nexon is being generous, but only to some, which is really unfair. As far as I know, and I am 99.99% certain that others couldn't log in before AND after feb. 26 7:50-8:50 PST. Nexon should have known this as well. So far all we know, they could have just chosen a random date and time to compensate, and thereby would seems generous, but in reality, this compensation is VERY unfair to maplers like me who couldn't login for DAYS not ONE FRICKIN HOUR, and what do we get? A NOTICE THAT OTHER PEOPLE GOT 10K NX BUT WE DIDN'T. WTF.

I didnt get compensated ==' and i couldnt log on during those times too.

i was able to login at nearly all times and i got the 10k

Yeah like seriously it would be even funnier (probably actually happend) if some hacker got compensated for nothing. I just checked both my and my girlfriend's account neither were compensated, however neither of us could login during the specified time. Upon that, the unannounced maintenance some days prior to that which made us lose 4k NX, then this issue and when I was able to login I couldn't play for 4-6 hours due to some D/C hacker trying to disconnect me.

[/quote] If you read properly the issue lasted one day, and this thread is specifically about that and not about the IP bans. That is another issue all by it's self, if you were IP banned then you have my sympathy. Though trying to sound like an ass doesn't help either case.

[/quote] im just mad because ive never gotten compensation for anything, guess you could say im jealous :P EDIT: and yea im IP banned (since feb 28th i think)

^why are you IP banned? and I wasn't able to login for two days, and did not get compensated. Is it possible to still get it? probably not.
