Okay, so I checked with a few of my friends, and read a couple of threads on basil about the 10k compensation thing. The funny thing is... everyone that was ABLE to log in fine during that hectic week got 10k maple points (this included my friend). Whereas... everyone that COULDN'T received jack squat (this includes me). Now, the people that were able to play benefit from the people that were affected, this is like.. stealing from the poor and giving to the rich kind of scenario. As of the beginning of 2010 Nexon hasn't done a single thing right yet.

Pretty much, lol. I wasn't really expecting to get anything ... though say a free 2x exp/drop card to the affected to make up for missing the Sat 2x event would have been nice/fair. I would not have been surprized (and not much upset) if nexon completely ignored the issue. But for the people that couldn't log on to NOT get anything, where as some people that were not affected are getting free 10k Maple Points ... thats seriously insulting to those that spent Fri night/ Saturday all day frustrated, trying to log on, reinstalling & trying all kinds of other dreamed up 'fixes', and logged tickets about the problem (that have yet to read btw).
