Training for a lvl 83 outlaw and future training

Right now I'm at windraiders and I plan to try to 4x for about 2 hours or so later. Now what I'm not sure is where to go afterwards. I know you can go to newts but not sure at what level and also been a while since I played so not sure about other training areas. I would appreciate if anyone can help me out. Also my damage range is 983~1741 but not equiped with my 7 att wg so yea. Last question is can you still get that lilian's ring from arans and can you only equip one at a time or more? Thanks for looking and/or responding.

Lol. I was at WR until level 92, then alternated between newts and the Memory Zone in Time Temple. The prospect of sniping newts was a terrifying one, so I put it off as much as possible or just ignored it as much as I could. Only one aran ring can be obtained at a time and only one aran ring can be equipped at a time should you somehow bypass the first condition.

so basically try to train at wrs with all of my 4x then go to newts? I'll probably get to 87 with all of my 4x exp training so by then I'll prob go to newts. Also how long do I stay at newts? thanks all that help
