Card already redeemed?

So today, I went to shoppers drug mart to buy a 10k nx card. I bought it, and came home. I made sure it wasn't scratched before. So I type in the code, and it says already redeemed. How can that happen if I just scratched it? And How can I solve this problem? P.S. I tried all the combonations possible and none of them work (e.g. zero as an o.)

sometimes it happenned to me when i use to buy nx but when i was bout to go to the store to slap a h0e i quickly checked cs and it was laggin and popped up otherwise idk

0 is never o, the only letters on them are a b c d e f and g.

maybe someone was guessing random codes and they got it? you should contact nexon about this

I don't think he could shoplift NX cards, because the counter person has to swipe it to activate the card.

If it is still happening, and its not just lag. Quickly return it to the shop you bought it at and explain to them what happend. Its also possible that the store forgot to activate the card or put the money on it. If they give you problems ask to speak with the manager. and explain what has happend. Bring your recipt. And your parent if your underage.

The cards don't activate until you purchase them. The codes use the numbers 0-9 and a-f. Check the receit to make sure it says the card was activated sucessfully and then return to (or call) the store where you bought it from and explain your problem, they are much more likely to be able to help you (or they will contact their supplier/nexon). Nexon's online customer service is a bad joke. Getting ahold of a real person at the store (manager) is your best bet. After all if they sold a card that doesn't work its not good for that store's business.
