With a brown work glove, it could be 45. 5 attack from chaos*9slots(including hammers)=45attack

Oh, but you're wrong. If you land a 10% glove dex scroll before perfectly chaosing it, you could end up with a 35 atk, 33 dex, 35 accuracy SCG. In most cases, 33 dex > 5 atk for bowmen and gunslingers. For warriors and brawlers, 33 dex and 35 accuracy is equal to 76 dex, or 76 secondary stat that can be relocated to primary stat, which is even better. It's also better for non-statless characters of a class that uses dex as a secondary stat (NL, Shadower, etc.)

With all that weapon attack, for all you know, the 33 dex could be better. My glove is still better in most situations.
