ok i got this blitz helm from gacha (lucky me xD) but i didnt scroll it and its clean but its glowing blue? is it godly?

[/quote] It just has higher stats then a usual helm... And don't scroll it for dex, get a zhelm instead and then scroll it for dex

The stats that matter can be below average but the defence could be way above and thats what is making it blue. It's just a waste to scroll it when you can get a zhelm/scarlion. Plus, you are a lvl 8x chief bandit and you don't know why something is colored blue? lol
