Is there any alternatives to Gallos at 83 because there are way too many KSers?

It may be hard to find a channel, but ask around to see if you can party, or ask them if they can contact you when they're done training. I've done this from around 89-108.

U can try Himes! :D They are even better exp! But the problem here is that u need a lot of ACC cuz ur lvl 83 O.O.... Otherwise u can call me if im on and ill help to get u a map :D or we can share... But.. Only if im not on 2x, :/ Cuz i use the whole map when i on 2x if im not, Call me :D I can help u i have good dmg :D

try elder wraiths until lvl 85 or 88 ..then you'll be decent hitter and you can ks back at gallos :]

If you can't find a Gallos map, why not hop next door to Vikerolas? They are decent experience for the low to mid eighties and I guarantee that you will not have a problem with being KS'd.
