Ugh, Freaking Keylogger

Well, there was a thread on Basil before where it's like "Go on this website to not get hacked" blah blah blah. It says to put in your info and I put in fake info too. It also said it injected a Keylogger into my account. I was scared after that happened, but wasn't sure if it really did. So the week after, I logged in. The next day, boom, my password has been changed. I would request the info back through Email, but the email must've been changed as well, as I tried signing up with the email again, and it wasn't in use anymore. Also when requesting the info back, it wasn't sent to my email. I'm basically screwed now, and bleh. Is there ANY way to get my info back without the email with it being changed and all.? I still have the Security Question answer and also the Birthday, but I dunno if that'll do much.

I mean... that's the reason why I posted that thread... you don't put information into a keylogger website. Because it doesn't matter if you put fake info, when you visit the website, you download the keylogger. umm if they changed the email not much you can do.

BUT that doesn't matter because when you load the keylogging website, you download the program and then the hacker can check out your info.

So TS, basically when people warn you to NOT visit such a website, there is a reason... But I'm sorry for your loss. If they changed the email to your account its nearly impossible to retrieve the account because 1.) probably already cleared it out by now 2.) can change it again

Why would you even click the link? At this point you kinda deserved it, lesson learn. As for your account the only way to get it back it with your email. Cant get a hold of your email...sorry buddy lost your account.
