Should I open an hero or stay with the aran ?

Hey, I got Aran lvl 57 and the reason I opened this account is for the fun, I'm not looking for the highest dpm, I just want to have fun from the game, not else. So fun means able to do bosses, of course strong, nice skills etc... That's what I'm looking for, I know the heroes are stronger than the arans but who is more fun ? I know the heroes can do bosses easly, does the aran can either ? Thanks and sorry for my bad English.
