MSEA from europe?

Im playing MSEA from europe already but with using hotspot shield which makes me lag very bad. I know its because of hotspot shield because i used to play MSEA before the IP limits and it didnt lag. Can anyone suggest something that will let me play and wont give lag?

there is other way you just need SEA Ip but i dont know how to get it =/
