Can't log on, asking for PIN?

I was going to go switch accounts and help a friend in CPQ with free wins. I went and logged in and they asked for a PIN like they used to do, NOT a PIC. Didn't even go to the character screen. I tried a few accounts and they all had the same thing, I tried putting in the last PIN I had and got a message of Invalid PIN. Ideas? Anyone else have this problem?

if the person hasnt gotten his/her PIC yet, you must first write in the correct Pin then you get to choose your pic and bla bla bla bla, you kno the rest

Blaster, I've check a few accounts, all of which have had PICs since the day PICs came out, all have had passwords changed with the new system and I was on 2 of them yesterday.

Did you log out of the website and then log back in through the website. I know if I try to start the game the old way I end up with a please enter PIN issue.
