f/p vs bishop LMAO

so which one do you think is better ? and why should i choose it?

since f/p are getting balanced better than bishops (well bishops are getting nothing >.>) go f/p. I'll still choose bishop, but that's just me.

I like the Bishop class more, because they variate better compared to the other mage classes. Though, in matters of DPH a F/P could easily win. But I think they're honestly, way more boring then a Bishop. As Bishops have more choice in bossing then other mages do. @ Above: Any mage could efficiently sell leech, HS mules take a week or 2 to be made nowadays.

[/quote] No offence, but all a Bishop does in a boss run is support the party. That's not very fun. A Mage can find connections and easily get into a run. It'd be more fun since they'd be attacking as well.

[/quote] On the contrary, I get to boss quite often. AMs are useful in the fact that they can keep mobs away from vulnerable members, & well, the ultimates damage the arms quite majorly. I've hit a 117k on one of the arms with sharp eyes. xD @ above: I actually do get what you mean. Its fun being able to find a way to get in & when you do, you can fight, & prove to be useful. The perks of being an arch mage, lol xD

Plus many ppl can't have mages spaming ultimates cause they "lag" dam, I hate that, they and their trashy computers >.> @TS: here you go .

Fp is more awesome.. Cleric and Bishop is like only helping other ppl in partys ect.. So choose FP if you like to kill and choose Bishop if you like to party with ppl and help ppl

Bishops are weak, even at skeles with 150% dmg. After the balance patch coming element amplification will be increased to 150% and combine that with a ele staffwand their dmg is better. But for leeching i guess bishops would be better. It depends what u wanna use it for.

Bishop definitely. Theyre stonger and faster than i/l or f/p mages on skeles, and they can heal, res, door, HS....all that good stuff.

LOL! bishops.... any1 who picks F/P are just basically in it for the "fire" or "animations" they give out. Bishops are more wanted everywhere compared to AMs. Why?, bishops has, as stated by ^^ [Fuyoo] and AMs has ___ .<-- fill in the blank people. Bishops are more useful OVERALL and AMs arent really needed as an "attacker" in boss runs caz the other class does more dpm :|

I'd rather go zak run on my ice AM than on my bishop, sorry but spamming heal and dispelling/hsing is not "fun" to me. OT: TS don't make a mage just to sell leech...That defeats the purpose of it, you should make a class if you think you'd like it, not for money... IMO bishops will be fun once you hit 120, but then you boss a little and grind a little and get bored... F/Ps are fun from second job up. Well your lv 3xs (if you go poison build) will suck since you'll still be maxing pb and you'd be mostly stuck to grinding and questing since cpq people won't want you.
