Chaos scrolls - Just need to clear something up.

Well lately I've been asked by friends alot/seen alot of threads about "Should I chaos ___" My problem is the argument "It could go up, but it could go down too..." So before people go wasting 100m on chaos scrolls I just want to remind everyone... CHAOS SCROLLS CAN FAIL! They hazve a 40% chance of NOT AFFECTING YOUR ITEM AT ALL! Just reminding you all, because apparently my friend didn't know it and she wasted 100m on a failed scroll.
