Okay. I became a buccaneer like 3 weeks ago almost a month. I Have godly stuff on my bucc like 18att bwg, 5att 6 dex pac, black belt, 11att mon ect. So when the new password system came on i was abit confused and i changed my password, but the thing is i cant rememeber what i changed it to. The thing is when i changed my password it was sent to my e-mail wich i no longer remember but i am the legit owner. I wrote a ticket to nexon if they had a e-mail recovery system were they ask u security question or to enter ur last name and DOB like when u forget ur pass and u want to reset it. They told me they can give out information like that. So i dont know what to do i played that account for years i tried to hard to accomplish what i have and i berly became a BUCC! am so bumped out if i cant figure this out i might quit maple FOREVER BTW my bucc's ing is ipunch4free i really need help if anyone can help me to sumhow recover my e-mail i will reward that person with about 300mill no lie. AM pretty rich with my bucc i really need help basilers plz help me. you done know how much this account means to me reaching Buccaneer is not so eassy i was also halfway done with sum bucc videos i was doin plz i really need help so if u were in my situation what would u do? Can anyone help me?

I have my id no pass but i have all the other information security question my last name DOB everything. I Dont see the point in nexon having the security question if they can even use em to recover a e-mail. I mean if they give out the e-mail is abit useless unless u have the pass for it. Man Am So sad i was enjoying my bucc soloing bf, zak runs, scar runs =[ and plus i had berly finished scrolling most of my gear

Have you tried logging into the site then going to account info, then personal info or whatever. Once you're there, it should ask you for your birthdate/name or something. If you pass that part, then there should be an email there.

i don't think it was supposed to send it to your email. i thot you typed in your old one, and your new one twice. anyways, w/o your email, you're pretty much boned. try all the passwords you use. email, facebook, basil, etc. you probably won't change ur password to a completely new one, and mostlikely one you've been using before Edit: nvm me. but bottom line is, w/o your email=no maple

Wasn't there some kind of thing that said you needed to confirm your password change, through your email? How did you change your password without getting to your email? There was also an option, I believe, that if you forgotten or no longer use that email that you could update to another at the time, iirc. Hope that was the case if you remember the new email.

Okay about the ticket situation i have a archmage in diffrent account almost same id only that my archmage has a extra number 9 on it i wrote the ticket on that account.

is your maple email your old email that people used to send messages to? perhaps a friend sent messages to your old email, and you can be able to retrieve it by looking at his sent mail and looking at who he sent the message to. but your situation really sucks :P hope you can find a way.

Umm i dont think i use that e-mail i made it around the time pirates came out i had just created it so that i can make a nexon account. so can nexon just leave me empty handed and not help i had also recenlty charged sum nx on it to buy a shop and sum outfits and a 2exp card. They should have a e-mail recovery system seriouslu
