For you guys who work out or seen these ads, Which workout is better from YOUR perspective, p90x or insanity?

P90x is only for looks. If you want real muscles, hit the gym.

I have done both. I say insanity would be better for getting abs. I felt insanity was more intense and you never get bored.

p90x. you get stamina, size, endurance, cardiovascular, etc. almost everything. way better.
