hey guys... few threads down, i posted a thread talking about how i bought PAC str+4 / w.atk +3 for 25 mil.. well........ i was merchanting, and i put it up for sale as 115 mil.. at least, that's what i thought i put it up as. i came back after about 20 minutes, and it was sold. i was happy, right? but guess what... I ACCIDENTALLY PUT IT UP FOR 11.5 MIL... i whispered the buyer right away, and told him that i accidentally put it up as 11.5 mil. he refused at first, and i started begging and begging. he said that he would sell it back to me for 60 mil. so i bought it back for 60 mil.. wow today turned out to be really bad.. [sigh]

Fail >_< I'm sry for your loss. But I think you broke even in the end. Actually, I think you're in an above average situation now anyway, because you saved like 75mil on the buy, and lost around 50mil on the sell.

I put my snow throwing stars up for 20mil but when I checked my store later (@Fredrick) it was gone and I didn't have 20mil... So it must have sold for 2. I SWEAR I did put it for 20 though... (no big loss hough)

Not to mention the colours also stand out when you price incorrectly. Any mistakes I've made I catch as soon as I start typing in the price for the item after it..

Wow... It happens, okay? If you do this for a while, it gets confusing. You open up the store every day, make up prices every day, and one day you just forget a zero, or accidentally put the prices on the wrong items. Both of those cases happened to me, because it's pretty human. I even double checked, but still didn't realize I mispriced.

that guy sure was nice. i accidentally sold a 8 att wg for 4m instead of 40m and the guy that bought it ran off... i talked to him and winded up getting cuss words thrown at me like fireballs. oh well, live and learn.

[/quote] same here and its easy NOT to see it, even if u double check especially i think if u do a fair amount of selling IMHO

I use all 9's instead of 0s (114,999,999 instead of 115,000,000). you think that it would be more confusing, but it actually helps. i think its cuz it makes you think about it harder when you put up the price.

something similar happened to my friend, he put a 4 atk 10 luk PAC up in the mts, he was gonna put it for 110k but he accidentally put it up for 10k nx, he immediately realized what he had done and withing 30 seconds of putting it up, it was sold
