how to buy nx in any place not USA or canada?

well i want to buy some nx but i don't know how to buy it, i know paypal but i've heard that you need to p�y to register a credit card there, is any other way? thought that i want to buy gachapon and i can't buy gach with paypal nx plz help me

You can buy Gachapon with Paypal NX, you just need to have a character that's level 30 or higher.

i live in dominican republic, caribean, in the same island as haiti (i know yours know where is it now) i've never seen a wallie-card so i don't know what's that

I certainly couldn't find it as an option when selecting country to check payment options.
