wg pices have dropped like mad

well, I haven't played maple in a couple weeks, and I noticed that wg prices are super low now. what happened to cause this? was there something in the past 2 patches? and do you guys think the pices will go back up or stay this low

Prices for WG aren't just dropping, everything is. This is because school is in full swing again. Prices will rise ~May as summer gets here, then stay high until ~late September. Then they'll drop until ~late November/Early December as Winter break comes back. Then they drop ~early February again, and the process starts anew. It's basic economics. Supply and demand. When lots of people are on (when school's out) demand is high, so prices rise. When people are back in school, less people are on, so supply overrides demand and prices drop. There are other smaller factors that go into prices of WG's specifically dropping lately, like how PyPQ is a great way to level and has the possibility of giving GFA's as rewards. The real reason prices are dropping is because of what I said first, though.

it went back to the price it was when i quit about 10monthes ago, which was around 24-30mil and i started playing again in december, so i had a 7month break, which is irrelevant

[/quote] I really don't see how that is when, for example, 8 atk wg's in Windia constantly stayed at a good 35-40m for about 4-5 months, even during Autumn. I think it's more of people becoming too paranoid of the remote hackers, allowing merchants to control the economy rather than said people.

Chinese gold farming operations. (Not being racist, people in China actually do have gold farming operations in many different games) lol. But really, it's March, we have absolute no days off from school except for weekends I believe. So nobody will buy anything, and of course, prices will drop.
