There Was An Error Running The Patch

Oi, another maple problem for me. It seems I cannot get the patch to work; a prompt saying the following: "The patch file is corrupt. Please try again. If the same error occurs, please delete all previous MapleStory game files and re-install the game client from maplestory(dot)nexon(dot)net." Of course I tried again and this still happens. I had this before from the previous patch and I think I know what's the problem... Since I had to wipe my computer clean, I have been careful to keep things simple and organizable. Hence, when I downloaded maple for the 3rd time after the wipe, I placed it in a folder called downloads in my documents. Must I let maple be somewhere else for the patch to work?

FFFF, tried re-downloading it 3 times now *each taking about half an hour to finish up* in different places but no dice. I suppose you may be right Dark, although I don't comprehend much on what you're saying. Edited as in something is changing it to prevent the patch to work? What thing would that be.
